Preparation : wrapping and sorting books.

Sticking stickers according to the color coding and wrapped some of the books that needs to be wrapped.

Color coding and sorting system:

Yellow - Dictionary

Light Blue - Reference books

Light Tosca - Storybooks

Purple - Magazines

Pink - Novels

Magenta - Art and craft

Another task that I had was to find books stoppers, so I went to a few stores to do surveys and try to find the ones that is within the budget.

The survey shows that Mr.DIY has the best price for book stoppers.

The first one I went to was the one in Sunway Pyramid but there was no stock.

The next day I went to Sunway GEO but they only had 7 sets.

After that I went to Puchong IOI to find the book stoppers but they also do not have any stocks, I went over to the Mr. DIY in the next building but to no result.

At last I went to Sunway pyramid again and went to Popular instead. The price difference is not as much but still within budget.

And last but not least for preparation we had all the books wrapped and loaded into separate cars that are going for Phase 3.

In total there are 900+ books which are put into 18 boxes.

That is all for the preparation a week before our site visit which falls on the 15th of June.
