MADE TO ORDER
The purpose of this project is to explore materials and to pour creativity into it. Inspired by Interactive wall displays we are to choose and build a window display with our own take.Â
Here I explore the materiality of stone inspired by the suspended rocks I and II by Ken Unsworth where rocks seen as a group not only is visually satisfying but also can mean another if viewed using another perspective.Â
I created a window display with hanging stones rocks coming out of a bed of separated but solid-looking stones this is to sell the idea of peacefulness as the hanging stones resemble raindrop while adding windchimes together with it to tie in the whole serenity theme. This window display is to be placed where customers can enjoy it and also accessible to wind flow this way, the window display is also interactive.
